Train with the BEST!

My name is Benson Ngatia, and my journey into the world of first aid began in a modest city school in Kenya, East Africa. As a young boy scout, I provided basic first aid to fellow pupils and teachers, igniting a lasting passion within me. Over time, this passion has evolved and grown. Today, I not only teach first aid but also equip individuals with life-saving skills in CPR & AED and First Aid Training applicable in various settings such as your community, workplace, school, or home.

As a Fire-Fighter and Paramedic serving in the Denver metro area, I’ve unfortunately witnessed tragedies where lives were lost due to the absence of fundamental pre-hospital first aid, CPR & AED skills. I am driven to teach these critical skills so that when confronted with a cardiac or trauma emergency, you can be confidently prepared to save a life before professional help arrives. Let me empower you with training so that you, too, can educate and empower others in these essential life-saving techniques.

Moreover, I bring a background in teaching and have recently achieved a lifelong aspiration by completing my Masters in Theology and Recreation of Teaching and Learning.

Finally, beyond my professional endeavors, I am fortunate to have a supportive wife of 19 years and three wonderful boys who bring joy and purpose to my life every single day.
