By registering for this class, you agree that you have purchased the correct course intended and will attend as scheduled.

You may reschedule any class with 48 hours’ notice for no charge.

No-shows, short notice (less than 24 hours), and cancellations can be rescheduled for a $20 fee to any future course.

For blended learning / online courses, refunds are not allowed or accepted due to the issuance and expense of online key codes, but you may reschedule to an alternate session as per above.

All certificates are issued electronically (e-cards) from the governing body (American Heart Association, American Red Cross,) to those who successfully complete all portions of the course (purchase does not guarantee passing). BLS, ACLS and PALS courses have a written test and practical exam. If you do not pass, you are allowed one remediation session and re-test free of charge, if still unable to pass, a new course must be purchased. Certifications arrive electronically within 72 business hours.

Please contact our office with any questions prior to registration, if you sign up for the incorrect course, you may not be able to obtain a full refund (if there is online content due to the expense and issuance of the online coursework keycode/link). By registering for this class (or product purchase), you agree to these terms and understand all online sales are final and chargebacks will not be accepted.
